I helped my human today. If you follow my ever-so-simple advice, I’ll help you too.

Sometimes it all gets a bit much. The list of things that your ‘need’ to do in a day is probably unrealistic to begin with and then you feel like a failure if you don’t tick everything off it.

While you’re worrying about how you’re going to get everything done, you manage to get almost nothing done. You’ve been busy all day and yet somehow, the list becomes longer. How does that happen?

According to my human, someone called ‘Sod’ created a law that explains all of this but I will admit that I don’t have a clue what she’s talking about. No change there.

Anyway, in the midst of feeling overwhelmed, it’s easy to forget that we need to switch off in order to reboot our system. You humans do it all the time, I’ve seen you. When one of your screen based things doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do, you get grumpy, switch it over, rant a bit, switch it back on and all is well in the world.

I’ll let you into a secret. You don’t need to get grumpy or rant. Honestly! I’ll let you into another secret. Switching off reboots your system too.

Taking a little bit of time out will recharge your batteries and you’ll feel better for it. All you need to do is make sure that the time out involves movement, fresh air and none of your screen based things.

I took my human out for a reboot this afternoon and now she’s much nicer to be around. So, #TeamLuna, if you feel overwhelmed and think that a grumpy moment might be approaching, take my advice and take yourself outside to recharge your batteries.

Have a fabulous week, #TeamLuna
